The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA, intends to issue an RFQ using FAR 13.5 Simplified Acquisition for Certain Commercial Products and Services for Printed Circuit Boards. This acquisition will be issued on an Full and Open basis with the intent of awarding multiple Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quanity (IDIQ) Contract(s). It shall be noted that AISD has achieved certification to ISO9001:2015 and AS9100D, Quality Management Systems Audit Requirements for Aviation, Space, and Defense Organizations. The solicitation or Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted in Contract Opportunities on the SAM website at https://sam.gov/ on or about 19 May 2022. Interested firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://sam.gov/ to start doing business with the federal government. Please note that some of the RFQ attachments may be CUI as such, Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or Export Controlled Information. Access to CUI is limited, to a single point of contact (POC) per CAGE code, who is listed as the Data Custodian on the DD 2345 and approved by Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). The DD 2345 must be approved prior to requesting access to CUI in SAM.gov. Contractors are responsible for coordinating with their CAGE code’s Data Custodian POC to request access to CUI. If your company is not certified at this time, please consider it could take up to 14 days to become certified and receive access.
