The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on other than full and open competition basis a manufacture sole source to Keysight Technologies, 1900 Garden of the Gods Road, Colorado Springs, CO with full and open competition among authorized distributors the following items: PNA Unit. Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information within FBO.
