The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open basis the following items: 1) ITEM 1 – ESUNET2/R5-C : Includes 1 EXC-UNET2/XX-C and 1M8KMMSI5-R5, QTY. 6; 2) ITEM 2 – EXC-1553UNET/P1S-C QTY. 6. This requirement is sole sourced to Excalibur Systems – 311 Meacham Ave. Elmont NY. 11003 as the only vendor able to produce this requirement due to it being an URGENT direct replacements for current system. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893622Q0030 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and SCHEDULE.
