The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on other than full and open competition basis a manufacture sole source to ViaSat, Inc., 6155 El Camino Real, Carlsbad, CA 92009 with full and open among authorized distributors the following items: 1) Enhanced MIDS Flight Recorder Kit, Qty 1 EA. The solicitation or Request for Quote (RFQ) for N6893622Q0019 will be posted on the Contract Opportunities hosted on beta.SAM.gov website at https://fbohome.sam.gov/ on or about 10/28/2021. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: http://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information within Contract Opportunities.
