The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for the following: 1 Base Dice Recruitment Service to include 4 option years for a total of 5 year Contract.. This web based service provides Dice 12 month support from date of award for 1 year this includes: 2 Job Slots for Dice.com; 3 Resume DB Access for Dice.com; 1000 Resume Views Per User Per Month; and 6 Career Fairs per year (starting Option year 1) with dates TBD. This requirement is sole sourced to Dice Career Solutions, 12150 Meredith Dr, Urbandale, IA 50323 is the only vendor to provide the largest engineering job board on the web and it will allow the Naval Air Weapons Center, Weapons Division to fill their high demand for unique engineering positions. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to terryl.mitchell@navy.mil no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893621Q0242 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm’s experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. Going forward, all new entities registering in GSA's System for Award Management (SAM), as well as existing registrations being updated or renewed, will require the submission of an original, signed notarized letter identifying the authorized Entity Administrator for the entity associated with the Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number before the registration will be activated. It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an 'Active' status as the government cannot award to an entity without an 'Active' SAM registration.
