The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, intends to procure, on an other than full and open competition basis, specific models of, and repair services for, replica hands-on-throttle-and-stick devices which are integrated into F-35 and F-18 simulators. The procurement includes replica F-18 Throttles, sticks, left hand controllers, and right-hand controllers, replica F-35 Throttles and Sticks, as well as on-site repair services for existing hardware.
