The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open basis the following items: 1) ITEM 1 3.1 Vendor tasks. The vendor shall provide maintenance upgrade service for RTL-T400TSS Kratos RT Logic TM link simulator systems. The vendor’s engineers/technicians require to be trained and certified by Kratos RT Logic Inc. The vendor will perform the following: a. Perform maintenance upgrade service. b. Replace obsolete Adobe Flash with Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML) 5 so the Graphical User Interface (GUI) will function with modern browsers. c. Provide 365x24x7 customer support. d. Provide access to critical application updates. Qty 01. This requirement is sole sourced to Kratos RT Logic Inc. 12515 Academy Ridge ViewColorado Springs, CO 80921 as the only vendor able to produce this requirement due to Kratos RT Logic Inc. has proprietary information on the design and manufacturing of the device.
