The purpose of this synopsis modification is to add the questions and answers from the site visit on 06/14/2021 listed below in Section A of the solicitation. 1). What are the requirements for over-excavation and compaction? Provide over excavation as necessary for the new 6” thick concrete pad and 6”x12” footings. Soils shall be placed in lifts 6” thick, compacted to minimum 95% maximum dry density per ASTM D1557. Minimum of 1’ of compacted soil required. 2). Disconnect point? Reference solicitation drawings attachment M-1 in Section J To disclose the magnitude of the construction requirements estimated price range per FAR 36.204 scale between $100,000-$250,000 in Section B of the solicitation. Attach wage determination in Section J of the solicitation. The Request for quote closing date remains unchanged closing on June 29,2021 3PM PST.
