The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open basis the following items: 1) ITEM 1 ZM Interactive xFold DragonH x12 rental+ technical operation team of 3 on location This requirement is sole sourced to ZM Interactive Inc. 888 Avenue H San Francisco, CA 94130 as the only vendor able to produce this requirement due to unique capabilities by ZM Interactive Inc. xFold DragonH has unique capabilites andis VTOL UAS Airworthiness Certification, FAA Experimental Airworthiness Certificate. autopilot system with the ability to maintain stability of high altiude, heavy-lift drones during steep decent into its own wake.
