The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open basis the following items: ITEM 1 Apogee AL2073-014 Interface 3.5" chassis (LEDs/chnl no FP switches) ( Qty. 2) ITEM 2 Apogee IOC533 RX-SC-SM Fiber Optic Model TTL BNC. ( Qty. 6) ITEM 3 Apogee IOC533 TX-SC-SM Fiber Optic Modem TTL BNC. ( Qty. 6) This requirement is sole sourced to Apogee Labs 210 S. Third Street North Wales, PA 19454 as the only vendor able to produce this requirement due to the existing Apogee systems are unique and proprietary, no other manufacture is compatible with the programs infrastructure and security requirements. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893621Q0096 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. Written responses shall be submitted by e-mail to the point(s) of contact listed below or mailed to the Contracting Office Address listed below no later than 05 days from this notice date.
