The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on other than full and open competition basis a manufacture sole source to Rhode and Schwartz, 6821 Benjamin Franklin Dr, Columbia, MD with full and open competition among authorized distributors the following items: Signal Generator, Qty: 1 EA. This is sole sourced due to R & S because this provides the range of frequencies we need and is compatibility with existing equipment. Complete details will be available in the solicitation.
