The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open basis the following items: 1) ITEM 1 Part Number CP-UA2133 CoPilot License Bundle with the USB 3.1 Interface to MIL-STD-1553 MIL-STD-1553 (2 Multi-Function Channels) QTY 10. This requirement is sole sourced to Astronice Ballard Technology Inc. 11400 Airport Road; Suite 201 Everett, WA 98204 as the only vendor able to produce this requirement due to compatibility with existing software. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893621Q0047 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
