The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: various replacement parts, fluid replacement, test kits, and diagnostic supply items, labor and travel essential when providing the OEM services/repair/upgrades on existing JCI Chiller equipment. This requirement is sole sourced, to Johnson Controls, Inc.(JCI) 5757 N. Green Bay Ave. Milwaukee, WI, 53209-4408. As they are the OEM and the majority of the OEM equipment services, labor and upgrades are being purchased on their GSA contract GS-06F-0060P we must have this portion of the non-GSA materials in conjunction with the GSA service to complete the upgrade/repairs. Any firms believing that they can provide the products, and services as whole package, may submit a written response to be received no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the product without causing programmatic hardship.
