This is corrected to be in line with the original RFP posting dated May 6, 2022 The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD), China Lake, CA is issuing an amendment to the Request For Proposal (RFP) for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Level of Effort, Task Order, five-year contract as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB for Engineering Support Services. The purpose of Amendment 01 is to update the response date to 11:00 AM PST on June 16, 2022 and address questions received from industry. Questions and answers are included in Section A of the Amendment. Additional changes include: Increasing the Technical Volume page count to 75 pages Removing Drafter/CAD Operator II from Section 3.4.8 of the SOW Removing Clause 252.204-7021 from Section I L-2 Attachment has been revised, DO NOT submit the previous version with your proposal package L-5 Attachment has been revised, DO NOT submit previous version with your proposal package L-6 Attachment has been revised, DO NOT submit previous version with your proposal package Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or Export Controlled Information. Access to CUI is limited, to a single point of contact (POC) per CAGE code, who is listed as the Data Custodian on the DD 2345 and approved by Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). The DD 2345 must be approved prior to requesting access to CUI in SAM.gov. Contractors are responsible for coordinating with their CAGE code’s Data Custodian POC to request access to CUI. The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD), China Lake, CA is issuing a Request For Proposal (RFP) for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Level of Effort, Task Order, five-year contract as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside for Engineering Support Services. Industry comments from the draft RFP were considered and addressed in the final RFP as appropriate. Offerors may submit questions requesting clarification of solicitation requirements by emailing the contract specialist at christopher.p.bachman2.civ@us.navy.mil.
