We anticipate posting the actual solicitation in early January 2021 and will run a minimum of 30 days. Any questions must be submitted in writing to Brad Watson via e-mail at john.b.watson1@navy.mil. Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information within Beta SAM. INTRODUCTION AND PURPOSE: The purpose of this modification to the sources sought notice, is to respond to Questions received from the recent update on 24 August 2020 posting update. 1 Are there still discussions going on regarding combining T4S with CEIS and AEWTTR? Or are they going to be kept separate, thus the Sources Sought. This Sources Sought is only for the T4S follow which will be called Tactical Integrated Threat/Target Training System (TTS) and is planned to be a standalone requirement. 2 Do you have any ideas for final RFP release timeframes? RFP release is targeted for November 2020, however, if there is time a Draft RFP may be released sooner 3 Are you anticipating it to remain an unrestricted competition or through your market research have you decided to with a small business set aside? As stated in the Sources Sought posted 08/20/2020 the Government intends to post a formal Pre-Solicitation Synopsis on or about 9/3/2020, which will address this question.
