The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) intends to award multiple Small Business Set-aside, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contracts to fulfill this requirement under the authority of and in accordance with FAR Part 15 – Contracting by Negotiation. This requirement is a two-pronged effort to procure Printed Circuit Boards (PCB), and Finished PCB Assemblies for use at the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD). These prototype and production PCBs and Assemblies will be used for various development and test programs. Using Government-provided Gerber files, drill files, drawings, applicable parts lists and assembly instructions, the contractor shall provide one or more of the following: manufacture PCBs and/or Finished Electronic Assemblies for the NAWCWD.

The Government will consider all information received via email to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer by 11 February 2020 at 4:00 P.M. PST. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for any information received. No telephone responses will be accepted. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is a market research tool used to determine the adequacy of potential business sources, especially small business sources. Any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893620R0096 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm’s experience, assets, background, and ability to deliver the required products without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, or delivery schedule.
