The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open basis the following items: 1) ITEM 1 MARINE MAMMAL MONITORING service years 2020-2024. This is for one base year and four option years. This requirement is sole sourced to Greeneridge Sciences INC, 5266 Hollister Ave, STE 107 Santa Barbara, CA 93111 as the only vendor able to produce this requirement due to existing data sets that have been analyzed using the equipment available to the sole contractor.
