The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on other than full and open competition basis a manufacture sole source to Juggernaut Defense, LLC., with full and open among authorized distributors the following items: 20 EA Sleev, Tab Active 2, Non-cabled; 20 EA Mount, Aviator Kneeboards, 7.5in Series; 20 EA Cable, USB Ethernet, 27in w/ 90 degree backshell; 5 EA Cable, USB Ethernet, MH-60S; 5 EA Cable, QUICK DISCONNECT, Pass Thru, USB-C, 2.0 to Glenair Plug. The solicitation or Request for Quote (RFQ) for N6893620Q0230 will be posted on the Contract Opportunities hosted on beta.SAM.gov website at https://fbohome.sam.gov/ on or about 6/16/2020. Going forward, all new entities registering in GSA's System for Award Management (SAM), as well as existing registrations being updated or renewed, will require the submission of an original, signed notarized letter identifying the authorized Entity Administrator for the entity associated with the Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number before the registration will be activated. It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an 'Active' status as the government cannot award to an entity without an 'Active' SAM registration.
