The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open basis the following items: 1) ITEM 1 Annual Support For Integrity Development, QTY 1 LE; 2) ITEM 2 Annual Support for GHNET IP V4 Embeded N, Qty 1 LE; 3) ITEM 3 Annual Support For Advanced File System, QTY 1 LE; 4) ITEM 4 Annual Support For Multi Professional IN QTY 1 LE. This requirement is sole sourced to GREEN HILLS SOFTWARE, 30 West SOLA Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93101 as the only vendor able to produce this requirement due to software maintenance needed to the existing Green Hill Software. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893620Q0141 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
