The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, intends to procure, on an other than full and open competition basis a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Commercial contract with Keysight for a Radio Frequency(RF) simulator system with calibration rack. The system will be used to emulate RF signals that are amplitude, phase, and time aligned across all the RF ports of the Keysight RF Signal Generation System. Responsible interested parties may submit information in which they identify their interest and capabilities to respond to this requirement. The Government will consider all information received via email to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer by 29 May` 2020 at 12:00 PM PST. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
