The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) R-51B-001-3C Extended Warranty Return to Keysight 3 Years (Quantity 1 EA). 2) N5193AU Upgrades for UXG Agile Signal Generator-N5193A (Licenses) with the following feature: N5193AU-WC1 Wideband chirp (Quantity 4 EA). 3) N5193AU Upgrades for UXG Agile Signal Generator- N5193A (Licenses) with the following feature: N5193AU-FR1 0.001 Hz frequency resolution (Quantity 4 EA). This requirement is sole sourced to Keysight Technologies, Inc., 1900 Garden of the Gods Road, Colorado Springs CO 80907-3423. The procurement is for scientific laboratory equipment and software from the manufacturer Keysight Technologies in support of multiple programs. Other items are for the same program are being purchased on the GSA contract GS-07F280AA. These are part of systems that are being purchased on GSA, This is not a request for quote on these items. Any firms believing that they can provide the products, as a whole unit, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the product without causing programmatic hardship.
