The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for the 150lbs. of Explosive FOX 7 Class IV in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. This requirement is sole sourced to Eurenco Bofors., Kontersvaegen SE-69186, Karlskoga, Sweden due to the unique volume capacity and they hold the patent and we need to use the same chemical compound as previously used in testing for future testing for the volume.
