The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure from ArgonST on an other than full and open competition basis two (2) different type of Antennas: (26 ea) Antenna, Low Gain, RHCP and (26 ea) Antenna, Low Gain LHCP. This requirement is sole sourced to ArgonST Ventura, 2810 Bunsen Ave. Ventura, CA 93003 as the only vendor able to manufacture these antennas in accordance with the Technical Requirements listed on the Source Control Drawings (SCD). These Antennas are a direct replacement for those currently utilized at NAVAIR Point Mugu, CA. Only ArgonST has been approved to manufacture and provide these Antennas. ArgonST owns the proprietary data on how these Antennas are manufactured. Any firms believing that they can provide the materials may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
