The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for the Qty 1 EA; Specialized solid fuel slab burner in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. This requirement is sole sourced to IN Space LLC., 3495 Kent Ave, Suite, G100, West Lafayette IN, due to the set of unique features, withstand Mach 3 flight air-flow at a minimum of 150 psi., optical access from three sides, interchangeable fuel slabs, air injectors, and nozzle sizes. In addition the system must interface with existing custom flanges currently in use. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893619Q0370 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.
