Circu... The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for the Two (2) each of Curtiss-Wright (Electronics Tech. Corp.) Circuit Cards (Model#: DBS-140U-1), PCMCIA card (Model# RCVR-105-1) and USB to RCVR card (USB2RCVR-1) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. This requirement is sole sourced to Curtiss-Wright, 13925 Ballantyne Corporate Place Suite 400, Charlotte NC 28277, due to these circuit cards must be identical to the existing units because these will be used interchangeably. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893619Q0349 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.
