The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for Mission Planner Software License in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. This requirement is sole sourced to Kutta Engineering, 2075 W Pinnacle Peak Rd - Suite 102, Phoenix, AZ 85027 due to adding additional software license that is already being used. The Software is under NAVAIR configuration control and is listed in the Flight Clearance for the BQM-177A target and another software would have to go through approval review process. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893619Q0311 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.
