The purpose of this amendment is to update the procurement type to other than full and open competition basis manufacturer sole source among authorized distributors The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis a manufacture sole source to Schneider Optics, 285 Oser Avenue, Hauppauge NY, 11788, with full and open among authorized distributors the following items: : 1) Xenon-Topaz 2.0/50mm 1.1" C-Mount Lens, QTY 6; 2) Apo-Xenoplan 2.0/24mm 1.3" Anti Shading Lens, Qty 10; 3) Cinegon 1.8/16mm 1" C-Mount Lens, QTY 12. Going forward, all new entities registering in GSA's System for Award Management (SAM), as well as existing registrations being updated or renewed, will require the submission of an original, signed notarized letter identifying the authorized Entity Administrator for the entity associated with the Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number before the registration will be activated. It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an 'Active' status as the government cannot award to an entity without an 'Active' SAM registration.
