This requirement is sole sourced to Irvin Technologies, Inc., 1081 Willa Springs Dr., Winter Springs, FL 32708 for compatibility with existing equipment. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes, however, any firms believing that they can provide the service may submit a written respons to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the material without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
