This requirement is sole sourced to E.A.S. Manufacturing Co, 804 Via Alondra, Camarillo, CA 93012 due to unique capability. E.A.S. Manufacturing Co. meets the form, fit, and functionally uniquely of the requested parts and E.A.S. Manufacturing Co. owns the drawings, which are proprietary. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes, however, any firms believing that they can provide the parts may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without compromising the quality, accracy, and reliability of the testing without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
