The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis this request. This requirement is sole sourced to Aerotech, Inc., 101 Zeta Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15238 due to direct replacement part to existing systems and must match mechanical, electrical, and software standpoint. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes, however, any firms believing that they can provide the service may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the testing without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
