The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for the 1 Base Year and 4 Option Years for the Service Agreement for the following: Panalytical Powder X-ray system, pw3040-PRO serial number DY2038, this includes the goniometer, capillary spinner, sampe spinner, HYBR MONO 2X CU WRD PFX source, the full Xpert pro system, the oven stage and the Xcelerator detector in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. This requirement is sole sourced to Panalytical, Inc., 117 Flanders Road, Westborough, MA 01581 due to Panalytical has the service technicians and tools to properly maintain the Panalytical Powder X-ray system with replacement parts that are fully functional and compatible with the Panalytical Poweder X-ray system that is currently being used. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893619Q0154 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.
