The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for the 1 JOB; Validate new cr(VI)-free, Zero-VOC, HAPS, phosphate-free Ecosil wash primer conforming to TT-C-490F in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. This requirement is sole sourced to Ecosil Technologies LLC, 160-A Donald Drive, Fairfield, OH due to this product is the only one that is phosphate-free and water dispersible coating that conforms to the requirements of TT-C-490F. This is an ongoing effort that was originally posted on FBO a multi-part validation and demonstration project for this product. This notice is not intent for a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing they can fulfill the requirement may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893619Q0149 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.
