Self contained gas turbine test system that features a controller, gas turbine engine (with spare), instrumental test stand, and fuel spray system to include the following: 1) MiniLab (Quantity - 1 each). 2) Spare SR-30 Gas Turbine Engine (Quantity - 1 each). 3) MiniLab & Spare Turbine Freight (Quantity - 1 each). 4) SprayView (Quantity - 1 each). 5) SprayView Freight (Quantity - 1 each). The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intended to procure on an other than full and open competition basis this request. This requirement is sole sourced to Turbine Technologies, LTD, 410 Phillips Court, Chetek, WI 54728 as the only vendor able to provide this requirement as a complete self contained system that includes the gas turbine engine, control system, instrumented test stand, and fuel spray visualization system. The complete self contained system ensures compatibility since it is a single vendor system. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes, however, any firms believing that they can provide the system may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the testing without causing programmatic hardship to the program. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solcitation number N6893619Q0127. It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an "Active" status as the government cannot award to an entity without an "Active" SAM registration.
