The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for the Qty 1 EA; Trident ZDO Single Chambered Zero Discharge Automatic De-Fluxing System, Qty 1 EA; Four-light status bar for ZDO, Qty 1 EA; Upper Board Rack, Qty 1 Ea; Casters, Set of 4, TRI-ZDO, Qty 1 EA; ZestronĀ® Eye integration package, Qty 4 EA; 1.3 Cubic Foot Resin Media Tank, Qty 2 EA; 1.3 Cubic Foot Carbon Media Tank and Qty 1 EA; Equipment Set-Up and Training in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. This requirement is sole sourced Aqueous Technologies., 1678 N. Maple St., Corona, CA 92880, due to this product will provide the same results expected and qualified by management, engineers, and quality assurance. Deviating from a product that currently meets our standard will result in negative changes. This product is currently being used within the division. With the same product being used by another branch of our division, the capability to swap and interchange equipment between sites is required. Operating procedures must be able to apply between different sites and branches of the division.This notice is not intent for a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing they can fulfill the requirement may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893619Q0114 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ Going forward, all new entities registering in GSA's System for Award Management (SAM), as well as existing registrations being updated or renewed, will require the submission of an original, signed notarized letter identifying the authorized Entity Administrator for the entity associated with the Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number.
