1) HiCATT- High Speed Intensified Camera Attachment, HT25-S20-1:1 2n-300 Khz (Quantity - 1 each). 2) IC-GG-USB Intensifier Gate Generator, IC-GG-USB (Quantity - 1 each). The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the above items. This requirement is sole sourced to Imagine Optic Inc./ Axiom Optics, 14 Tyler St. 3rd floor, Somerville, MA 02143 as the only known United States distributor for Lambert Instrument BV, Leonard Springerlaan 19 (5th Floor), 9727 KB Groningen, The Netherlands Dutch Chamber of Commerce nr: 52396940. The material must be compatible with all existing high speed imaging detectors in the laboratory, have an image gating time of 3 nanoseconds or better, and a repetition rate of 300 hHz. The relay optics in this product are designed to match any detector size. The intensifier is supplied with relay optics for matching different image sensor sizes, this alows compatability will all of the current high speed detectors. Any firm believing that they can provide the materials may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship.
