The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for the 1 Year of Multimode Radar Simulations (MMRS) Nodes Software and Software Maintenance in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. This requirement is sole sourced to Boeing Global Services, P.O, Box 516, St. Louis, Missouri 63166 due to this proprietary software will be installed and utilized on a proprietary Boeing Simulation System currently in use and this requirment will integrate this software with a preexisting proprietary system which is able to support the required simulation. This notice is not intent for a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing they can fulfill the requirement may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893619Q0107 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.
