The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD), Point Mugu, California, intends to compete a total small business set-aside, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for ALQ-16... The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD), Point Mugu, California, intends to compete a total small business set-aside, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for ALQ-167 pods, ULQ-24Cs, and associated hardware, for the Airborne Threat Simulation Organization (ATSO). The contract will include 28 firm fixed price (FFP) Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) for pod and tray assemblies and associated hardware, and one FFP CLIN for modification services. A maximum of 2,535 units total of the various supply parts and a maximum of 10,750 hours total of modification services may be ordered over the five-year period of performance. The Government anticipates an October 2019 award. This work was previously performed by Computer Technology Associates, Inc. under small business set-aside contract N68936-10-D-0041. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
