This is a notice of intent to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract, not a request for quotes. The requirement is for Platinum Software, to be awarded to Resodyn Acoustic Mixers as the sole authorized distributor. Performance will be at the Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, in China Lake. No solicitation will be issued, but interested parties may submit a capability statement to demonstrate their ability to meet the requirement. Interested parties must be registered in SAM and certified through DLIS for access to controlled unclassified information.
