This letter is to inform you that Accelerated Technology Laboratories, Inc. {ATL) is the sole manufacturer of Sample Master® Pro Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). Based on market research and contacts made with knowledgeable individuals within the government it has been determined that the DON's requirement can only be provided by Accelerated Technology Laboratories, Inc. as they are the sole proprietor authorized to provide the requested proprietary software services and or products. Accelerated Technology Laboratories, Inc. does not offer its products or services through re-sellers; all items must be purchased directly from ATL. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response(s) to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
