Inspection and acceptance will be conducted at Destination/Government facility. The items will be inspected by using visual inspection for quality and defect. Any defects or issues detected will be communicated back to the supplier/OEM for replacement and/or repair IAW the company’s and FAR warranty clause. The Contractor shall provide the timely delivery of goods and services. Quality of all services or supplies provided shall conform at least to commercial standards in the relevant profession, trade, or field of endeavor.
