This is a sources-sought notice for contractor support to sustain the NAVSUP FLC Jacksonville Regional Electronic Security System, a distributed Lenel OnGuard installation spanning several detachments in the Southeastern United States. The work includes technical refreshment, program management, license maintenance, hardware/devices, equipment, materials, training, programming, testing, system installation/removal, connection, and related services for networked access control, surveillance, monitoring, cameras, NVRs, card readers, intercoms, electronic key control, and controller boards. The contractor must provide all personnel, tools, parts, and equipment needed for maintenance, installation, or removal of gear when requested, supporting the FLCJ Security Department’s mission to protect employees and assets across the Southeast region. Performance is centered at Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, Florida, with support across several detachments in the Southeastern U.S. A capability statement is required with company name, CAGE/UEI, POC phone/email, business size under the selected NAICS, and all current SBA socioeconomic certifications.
