The contractor must supply all personnel, equipment, and transportation, including 44 65-gallon containers and two 32-gallon consoles, with service every two or four weeks depending on the site. Shredding must be performed securely on-site in compliance with NAID standards for Controlled Unclassified Information, with proof of destruction required each visit, and contractor personnel must pass background checks and obtain DBIDS credentials. The contract has a one-year base period from September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2027, followed by four one-year option periods and a final six-month option ending March 1, 2032.
