NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Jacksonville, FL intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Digital Monitoring Products (DMP) XR550 alarm panels and installation at 17 Navy Reserve Centers (NRCs) and continuous monitoring (while armed), testing, maintenance, and repair services for Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Access Control Systems, and Fire Alarm Systems across 22 NRCs within the Navy Region Southeast (NRSE) Area of Responsibility. The Government anticipates award of a single firm-fixed-price service type contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561621 and the Small Business size standard is $25M. The RFQ will be available on or about 25 August 2025, via the Government’s Point of Entry at https://www.sam.gov (SAM). The closing date for receipt of quotes will be set forth in the RFQ. The RFQ will include instructions for preparations of price quotes, the Performance Work Statement (PWS), and evaluation criteria.
