Set-Aside: 100% Small Business NAICS: 324121 – Asphalt Paving Mixture and Block Manufacturing Requirement The Department of the Navy, NAVSUP FLC Jacksonville, requests quotes for Hot Mixed Asphalt delivery in accordance with the attached Description of Requirement (DOR). The Government anticipates award of a Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Specific quantities, mix types, and delivery locations/times will be identified at the Delivery Order level consistent with the DOR. Place of Performance / Delivery Primary Location: Gulfport, Mississippi (specific delivery sites will be identified in individual orders) Delivery/Performance Schedule: See attached DOR.
