The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville intends to procure portable toilets, handwashing stations, and associated servicing in support of Field Training Exercise (FTX) operations. This procurement is a small business set-aside. REFER TO PWS FOR ALL REQUIREMENTS NAICS Code: 562991 – Septic Tank and Related Services PSC Code: W085 – Lease/Rental of Toiletries Set-Aside: 100% Small Business Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price Period of Performance: 18–29 August 2025 15–26 September 2025 Locations and Requirements NAS Belle Chase (New Orleans, LA) portable toilets handwashing stations Service: 3x weekly Delivery no later than 9:00 AM, 18 Aug 2025 and again on 15 Sep 2025 Port of Gulfport (Gulfport, MS) portable toilets handwashing stations Service: 3x weekly Delivery no later than 9:00 AM, 18 Aug 2025 and again on 15 Sep 2025 NCBC Gulfport (Gulfport, MS) portable toilets handwashing stations Service: 3x weekly Delivery no later than 9:00 AM, 18 Aug 2025 and again on 15 Sep 2025 Service Requirements Contractor shall provide: Pumping/cleaning of each unit three times weekly Interior/exterior janitorial services Restocking of toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels Refilling handwashing station water Full logistics: delivery, setup, servicing, and removal Submission Instructions Quotes must include all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform the required services. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and compliant with applicable FAR provisions. Evaluation will be based on price and responsibility in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. Quoters shall refer to the submissions volumes. Offerors shall demonstrate an understanding of the solicitation requirements by providing the following: 1. A plan outlining the type of portable bathrooms and handwashing stations that will be delivered to each location outlined in the PWS. 2. A statement confirming they shall all required base access to all locations by the start of the performance period to avoid any delivery delays.
