This pre-solicitation notice is being issued by the NAVSUP FLC Jacksonville Contracting Command ahead of an anticipated procurement for Explosive Ordnance Disposal Diver Training Coordination and Logistics Support Services at Key West, NAS Key West Boca Chica, Florida. Period of Performance is a base period of 12 months with 4 one-year option periods. This requirement will be a total 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561990 and the Small Business size standard is $16.5M. The solicitation will be posted to SAM on or about 15 July 2025. The closing date for the receipt of quotes will be set forth in the RFQ. The Government anticipates award of a single firm fixed price service type contract. The solicitation will be posted under solicitation number N6883625QS056. This requirement will be solicited using commercial, simplified acquisition procedures. The solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be made available electronically upon its release at the System for Award Management (SAM) website, https://sam.gov/. Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the SAM website for the posting of the RFQ and any amendments.
