The Naval Supply (NAVSUP) Systems Command, Fleet Logistic Center Jacksonville (FLCJ), FL intends to issue a sole source award utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Corporation of Lower Saint-Lawrence Pilots Inc. to provide Simulation Training. Corporation of Lower Saint-Lawrence Pilots Inc. is the only authorized vendor to provide specialized training to Canadian Pilots. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) code that these items fall under is 611519. The notice of intent is for information purposes only. This notice does not constitute as a request for proposal, request for quote, or an invitation to bid. All sources eligible to provide the requirement must respond in writing. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly articulate the ability to provide this requirement as outline above. A request for documentation will not considered as an affirmative response. If no responses are received within (2) business days after publication of this notice, to the effect that comparable items are available, and that this is more advantageous to the Government than obtaining this product through a sole source contract, then a sole source acquisition award will be made.
