The solicitation will be issued as a Brand Name, 100% Small Business Set Aside. The RFQ will result in the award of a firm-fixed priced purchase order and will contain a required delivery that consists of 11 February 2026. The RFQ will be available on or about 17 March 2025 on Contract Opportunities via https://www.sam.gov. The RFQ will include instructions for preparation of price quotes, the DOR, and evaluation criteria. It is the responsibility of interested parties to use Contract Opportunities to download the synopsis, solicitation and subsequent amendments and any attachments. Offerors are encouraged to review the referenced websites frequently for updates. No paper copies of the RFQ, attachments or amendments will be provided. No solicitation mailing list will be issued.
