The purpose of this contract is to provide tables, tents, and chairs in support of the NAS Key West 2025 Air Show. The tables, tents, and chairs shall be delivered and installed on 27 March 2025, starting at 8:00AM and completed by 10:00AM, and picked up for return on 30 March 2025, starting at 6:00PM and completed by 8:00pm. The following are the requested items and more details can be found on the attached Request for Quote 1449 Solicitation and Statement of Work. Please submit the signed 1449 attached, quotes and questions to Maria Brophy at maria.n.brophy.civ@us.navy.mil. (a) Eighty-three (83) eight-feet by thirty-inch banquet tables. (b) Eighty-three (83) table covers for the eight-feet by thirty-inch banquet tables. Thirty (30) ten-feet by ten-feet frame tent. (c) Three (3) twenty-feet by twenty-feet frame tent. (d) Seven (7) twenty-feet by forty-feet frame tent. (e) One (1) fifteen-feet by fifteen-feet frame tent. (f) Six hundred eighty-three (683) metal/plastic folding chairs.
