NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, Florida, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) on or about 26 August 2024. The solicitation will be limited to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. The anticipated base year performance period will be from 1 January 2025 through 31 December 2025 with (4) four one-year option periods. The PSC Code is S215. The NAICS Code is 493110, with a size standard of $34 (millions of dollars). The requirement is at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, which requires Distributed Warehouse and Logistics. The purpose of this acquisition is to provide vital material support at Naval Station, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba (NSGB) for a broad range of customers, highlighting the significant role potential vendors will play: Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Warehouse, Naval Hospital Warehouse, Joint Task Force (JTF) Warehouse, United States Coast Guard (USCG), and US Navy vessels at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay (NSGB). Support shall consist of Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Direct Turn Over (DTO) Material and Food Provisions for Naval Station, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba (NSGB). The solicitation will be available on the SAM Website at https://www.sam.gov. The RFQ will include instructions for preparing price quotes, a performance work statement, and evaluation criteria.
